White Rotisserie Chicken Chili

A great chicken chili recipe from our friend Manda
1 (approx 3lb) rotisserie chicken
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
2 cans of diced green chilies
2 cans of white corn
2 cans great northern beans
32 oz chicken broth
1 package of taco seasoning
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon cumin
16oz sour cream
2 cups monterrey jack cheese, divided
Carve chicken and shred into bit size pieces. Add chicken and all ingredients except sour cream and cheese to a crockpot and cook on low heat for 5 hours or longer. Before serving add sour cream and 1 cup cheese and stir to combine.
Serve with remaining cheese, chips, jalapenos and cilantro
