16 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
16 oz. can corn, drained
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
3 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp ground cumin
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped tomato

Combine above ingredients except for tomato and chill 4 hours or overnight. Stir in chopped tomato before serving with a variety of tortilla chips.
