Walleye shore lunch with sweet and sour sauce

Fresh walleye — 6- 10 fish, cut into small strips
1 large onion chopped
1 each red, yellow and green pepper, chopped
1 package of mushrooms, sliced
seasoned salt
small amt of garlic powder
1/2-3/4 bottle of Maui sweet and sour sauce (can be purchased at Cub or Byerlys)
2 fry pans

Flour or bread fish and fry in oil.

Saute onion, peppers and mushrooms in small amount of butter. Add seasoning and Maui sauce and heat through. Place fried fish strips on platter and cover with vegetable sauce mixture.
