Marinated Flank Steak

2 flank steak
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup salad oil
2 Tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons ginger
2 teaspoons dry mustard
6 garlic cloves, mashed

Mix all ingredients together, except steak. Place in shallow container with steaks. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours turning occasionally.
3 Grill 5-10min. per side. Slice diagonal in thin slices.
Serves 2-4 per pound of steak
