3 C. chopped rhubard
1-1/2 C. sugar
2 T. flour
1 T. melter butter
2 egg yolks, slighlty beaten with fork
3 egg whites, whipped until stiff
1/2 t. vanilla

Mix all ingredients except egg whites. Fold in egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, then turn down oven to 350 and bake for 30 more minutes.
